12 weeks of 1:1 Personal Training & Health Coaching Includes: 

  • 30 minute Initial Goal Setting call
  • 2x30 minute Zoom calls per month 
  • Food Log Analysis 
  • Customized Workout Plan 
  • Practical Nutrition Plan 
  • Mindset Work 
  • Daily Accountability (M-F)

You have two options for payment: 

  • Option 1: Paid in Full - $1,500 (a $90 savings) 
  • Option 2: $530 each month for 3 months total
